Our “Full Service” option is like a spa day for your camera! A Full service for a DSLR or mirrorless camera will include the following:

Cleaning a camera's sensor will clear up most spots, circles and lines on your images due to condensation rings, dust, dirt and oils residing on the camera's delicate image sensor.If you have purchased our 3-year warranty for your camera you will be entitled to one free sensor cleaning within that three year period.

Firmware Update Service

Camera Manufacturers may periodically release firmware updates for their cameras to improve performance, add new features, and fix problems with the camera. Updating camera firmware can be a risky process if done improperly. If a firmware update is interrupted by user error or done incorrectly, it can permanently damage the camera's internal software resulting in it becoming an expensive paper-weight. At New York Camera, we have the skills necessary to reliably upgrade your camera without risk of damaging it. When updating your camera firmware, you will receive a printed document outlining the changes made in the update.
