Important Notice

Renters require a 24-hour verification process. A valid ID, selfie verification, and a card authorization hold are required before approval. This helps us protect our equipment and keep rental rates fair for everyone.

Credit Card Authorization

A credit card authorization will be placed as a security deposit.

• The authorization may be up to the full replacement value of the rented equipment.
• The card will not be charged unless equipment is returned damaged, lost, or late.
• The authorization is released once the equipment is returned and inspected.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
• The card must be valid and in the renter’s name.

OR

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

A valid Certificate of Insurance may be provided. Credit card authorization is always required to secure the rental.

• Coverage must reflect the full replacement value of the rented equipment.
• The COI must be submitted at least three (3) business days in advance for approval.
• The rental company must be listed as Loss Payee and/or Additional Insured (if required).

Please note: Rentals cannot be confirmed without a credit card authorization.

Reservation Recommendation

To ensure availability, we strongly recommend placing your rental order several days in advance.

Advance reservations allow us to:

• Confirm equipment availability
• Prepare and test your gear
• Ensure a smooth pickup process

Last-minute rentals are subject to availability.

Equipment Condition & Responsibility

• All equipment is inspected prior to pickup.
• The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
• Equipment must be returned on time and in the same condition as received.
• Late returns may incur additional rental fees.
• Damage, loss, or theft will be billed at repair or full replacement cost.
